Founder & CEO, CoworkHer
Sophie Reymond is a communications strategist with 10+ years of experience across tech, innovation and complex industries. She founded CoworkHer to make mentorship more accessible to women who are building their careers without the right guidance or network.
After years working in tech and innovation, Sophie became very familiar with rooms where women were still too few, especially in senior, technical and decision-making spaces. That experience shaped her understanding of how much access, confidence, visibility and informal guidance can influence a woman’s career trajectory.
As the first in her family to go to university and enter the corporate world, Sophie also knows what it feels like to move through ambition without a map. For years, she wished she had a mentor to help her navigate the moments that shape a career: asking for opportunities, understanding unwritten rules, building confidence, negotiating, changing direction, and finding her place in rooms where she did not always feel expected.
CoworkHer was born from those experiences: the personal experience of building a career without a clear map, and the professional experience of seeing how much women still need stronger support systems in the workplace. Sophie created the platform to make mentorship, guidance and professional connection more accessible to women, especially those who do not automatically have access to the networks and support that can make a real difference. Her ambition is to build a community where women can ask better questions, find the right people, and grow without having to do it all alone.
